UNDERSTANDING YOUR COMPANY’S FINANCIAL STORY IS THE MISSING LINK.
COMPANIES THAT FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THEIR FINANCIAL MECHANICS FAIL TO GROW,
RAISE CAPITAL,AND REACH PROFITABILITY.
Starting a company is an incredibly daunting task. Before enrolling, I never read a pitch deck, never mind wrote one. Lili was incredible. She takes you step by step on how to build the pitch deck including how to build your financial projections.
Not only is Lili incredibly knowledgeable, but she puts great care in the well-being of her students and their business. She reviewed my pitch deck and presentation, worked with me on it and didn’t stop until it was perfect. I am incredibly thankful and grateful to this incredible instructor.
Lee Roth, Proffer
Lili is an incredible teacher. She is able to explain and sum up so many important concepts for an entrepreneur and for startups: create a financial model, find your right investor, find alternatives (crowdfunding, friends, and family) and much more.
Every lesson is concise, clear, and plentiful of useful info! A must for entrepreneurs and startups!
Pamela Bini, My Child World

Erik Endress, Share911
I’m the youngest of five children and the first to graduate from high school. That’s not a typo. High School. I graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with a degree in Financial Management and International Management. While in college I worked as a waitress and fitness instructor to pay my bills and still found time to learn Japanese (Konichiwa!) and hold leadership positions for several campus organizations.
After college I took a job at Dean Witter Morgan Stanley to learn the ropes of investing. I later moved into investment management at Franklin Templeton, JP Morgan, and Seneca Capital. I found myself in technology investment banking during Web 1.0 and Heller Ehrman Venture Law Group after the implosion. In 2007, I launched my own financial advisory firm, Atelier Advisors, to cater to the needs of startup companies. To date, I’ve helped over 100 companies raise over $200 million.
I launched Finance for Entrepreneurs in 2015 to teach the world to love startup finance. To date, I’ve taught over 10,000 entrepreneurs around the globe.
I started out with nothing to my name, the odds stacked against me, yet still found a way to break through poverty mindset and get comfortable with numbers .
I understand fear of finance. I face it everyday. Facing it is the only way to overcome it.
Don’t put off mastering your company’s financial story due to fear. We all have money blocks. And we can all overcome them by changing our mindset.
Successful people know that money is a tool. They learn how to cut expenses and increase revenue. They end up owning a large percentage of their company at exit. They reap the rewards of their hard work and give back to those in need.
